Help & Support
Most questions we get fall into a handful of categories. If yours isn't answered below, write to us at help@www.foreverstampcenter.com — we read every message and reply in the order received.
Are these stamps genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell is authentic United States postage, valid for mailing exactly as it would be if you bought it at a post office counter. We do not sell reproductions, novelty postage, or foreign-issued imitations.
Why are they cheaper than face value?
Because of where they come from. We buy in volume on the secondary market — retail overstock, inventory from businesses that have closed, unused blocks from event organizers, and collections sold on by collectors and the public. Buying that way at scale is what creates the margin, and we pass it on rather than keeping it.
Do Forever stamps expire?
No. A Forever stamp has no printed denomination and is always accepted at the current First-Class Mail one-ounce rate. A rate increase after your purchase costs you nothing — stamps bought years ago still mail a letter today.
How much postage does my letter need?
One Forever stamp carries a standard letter up to one ounce. Anything heavier needs additional postage, and square, rigid or unusually shaped envelopes require a non-machineable surcharge stamp. Denominated stamps in our catalog are labeled clearly, including the ones that are not Forever stamps.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders leave with First-Class Mail Tracking. Allow 3–5 business days for standard shipping, or 1–2 business days for Priority Mail Express, in both cases after preparation time. Full details are on our shipping page.
Where is my order?
Use the Track Order page with the number from your shipping confirmation. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will look into it directly.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Contact us within the 7-day return window and we will make it right. Email us with your order number, full name, address, phone number and the reason for the return — photos or a short video of damaged or defective items speed things up considerably. Our returns and exchange page sets out the full policy, including the cases we cannot accept.
Do you buy stamps?
We do. If you have unused postage — an inherited collection, leftover event stock, or surplus business inventory — see our stamps buyback page for how to get a quote.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Volume tiers are listed alongside the products, and the per-stamp price falls as quantity rises. For quantities beyond the listed tiers, or for a standing arrangement for a business, email us and we will quote you directly.
