Stamps Buyback

Forever Stamp Center buys unused United States postage from the public and from businesses. If you are holding stamps you will never mail, we will quote you a price and pay for them.

What we buy

  • Unused Forever stamps, in booklets, panes, coils or loose
  • Denominated stamps that are still valid for postage, including additional-ounce, two-ounce, non-machineable and Priority Mail values
  • Full or partial collections, including inherited ones
  • Surplus business inventory left over after a mailing campaign or an office closure
  • Leftover event postage — weddings, invitations, announcements

What we don't buy

  • Used, cancelled or postmarked stamps
  • Stamps that have been affixed to an envelope, even unmailed
  • Torn, water-damaged, faded or heavily creased stamps
  • Counterfeit postage, or any stamp we cannot verify as genuine
  • Foreign postage

How the process works

1. Tell us what you have. Email help@www.foreverstampcenter.com with the approximate face value, the denominations involved, and the condition. Photographs help — a clear picture of a representative sheet or booklet is usually enough for a first assessment.

2. We quote. You will get a price based on face value, denomination mix and condition. Forever stamps in intact books and coils command the most, because they are the easiest to resell. Odd denominations and loose singles are worth less, and we will say so plainly rather than quoting high and revising later.

3. You ship. If you accept, we will confirm where to send them and how to pack them so they arrive undamaged. Use tracked mail.

4. We verify and pay. Once the stamps arrive we check the count and condition against the quote and issue payment. If anything differs materially from what was described, we contact you before proceeding — we do not silently revise the offer.

How stamps should be packed

Keep booklets and panes flat and unbent. Place them between two pieces of stiff card, seal them in a plastic sleeve or bag against moisture, and use a rigid mailer. Do not use paper clips, rubber bands, tape or adhesive of any kind on the stamps themselves — each of those permanently reduces their value.

A note on authenticity

Counterfeit postage circulates, and it is often sold in bulk at steep discounts by sellers who know exactly what they are doing. We authenticate everything that comes in. If stamps turn out to be counterfeit we will tell you, and we will not buy them or return them into circulation.
