About the image
Laura Stutzman, a stamp designer and illustrator, produced the artwork — and the flag you are looking at does not come from a single frame. She merged three photographs of the same flag into one composite. The 2022 flag issue runs to six stamps in all, each distinguished by its own details. This is the pane of 20.
What thirteen folds mean
