The illustration
Nancy Stahl's vertical composition runs mostly aqua, with the manatee's body worked in tones between pale green and gray. "forever usa" sits at the upper left in lowercase italic sans serif; "MANATEE" is set in rounded block capitals in pale aqua.
The booklet cover enlarges a crop of the same art, with "SAVE MANATEES" in white capitals.
