The artwork
A vertical arrangement of abstract flowers in ink and gouache. Gouache holds color with an unusual richness, and the artist used it for the reds, yellows, purples, pinks, greens and blues that fill the design.
Art director Derry Noyes built the stamp around an existing illustration by Kim Parker. It is close in design to the Celebration Blooms Forever stamp, and the two work naturally as a pair.
